  1. We start by focusing on YOU. Tell us everything about yourself, your business, your project and what you hope to accomplish.

  2. We write a formal proposal and contract. With a very few minor exceptions, every project gets a formal scope of work and contract where we outline the project’s parameters, the expectations that you have for us, and what we will need from you in order to complete it. These are important in keeping the project on task and the lines of communication open. We also require a simple contract which covers terms of payment, and the assignment of reproduction rights. For some projects, we will require a deposit to be paid before we begin.

  3. The work begins. After the appropriate deposits are paid and the documents are signed and returned, WrightBrain will start the design process. From this point forward the process will look a little different depending on the project, but what stays consistent is the level of communication. We will share status reports and proofs via email. And either through phone calls or emails we will take your feedback and make the appropriate changes and adjustments. At any time during the process we are available to schedule a conference call or face-to-face meeting to address any issues that may arise.

  4. The work is approved. Once the project is approved and the final invoice is paid, we do the final production. We will either deliver print-ready files to you or we will reach out to our network of printers and manufacturers, to coordinate with the appropriate vendor to get the final product in your hands and ready to go.

The success or failure of this process relies entirely on the quality of communication. We emphasize transparency and responsiveness to be effective tools in our collaborations. Depending upon deadlines and other circumstances, we may make exceptions to the above process. Our ultimate goal is to be able provide for our clients effective creative solutions to their marketing and advertising needs in a timely and professional manner.
